Semester planner
The schedule maker keeps every term separate: give each semester a name and date range, build its weekly schedule, and export it as a calendar that repeats until the last day of classes.
1. Create terms
One semester each — “Fall 2026”, “Spring 2027” — and switch between them from the toolbar.
2. Set the date range
First and last day of classes define how far your calendar export repeats.
3. Export per term
Each semester downloads its own .ics — import them together or one at a time.
FAQ
Can I copy a schedule between semesters?
Not yet — the fastest way today is exporting one term's .ics and keeping terms separate. A duplicate-term shortcut is on the roadmap.
Do semester dates matter if I only print?
No — printing ignores the date range. Dates only drive the weekly repeat window in the calendar export.
Where are my semesters stored?
In your browser only. Clearing site data deletes them, so keep an exported copy of anything important.
